	Foam Coat 3lbs This is our best foam coat ever. This rock-hard coating protects and beautifies your foam projects. Comes in a dry powder. Just mix with water. Sandable. Inherintly fire resistant. Can be used outdoors when sealed with any outdoor paint, or mixed with Boost liquid fortifier, or Bounce liquid rubberizer. Apply thick with a trowel or thin to use with a paintbrush. Sets up in only about 15 minutes. Extend drying time by adding up to 50% latex paint with your water before mixing into the dry foam coat. 3lbs. covers up to 30 sq. ft. Dollar-for-dollar covers 4x as much as Rosco Foam Coat, is at least as strong, and has a longer shelf life. Plus it's compatible with Boost, Bounce, and Grit. MIXING Mix in a clean container with clean water. Use 3.5oz cool water per pound of powder. Add powder to water and mix until Foam Coat turns to a smooth paste. Do not overmix. APPLYING Fill big cracks and holes by applying pasty mixture with a trowel. You may add more water until mixture is thin enought to apply with a paint brush, although thinning weakens coating. Stick even better to most porous materials. Mixing: Use Bounce with no added water for max flexibility. The Foam Coat comes out more flexible when no or less water is added to the Bounce. Start with 1 part liquid to 1 part Foam Coat, and thin or thicken as desired. Thinning the Foam Coat with more Bounce will not weaken it, and will allow very strong thin layers to be applied, so you don't lose details. Try a mixture of 9 parts Bounce to one part Foam Coat for a super rubbery coating. Thin layers can be applied to verticle and inverted surfaces with little or no sagging. Apply straight, or with just a little bit of Foam Coat as a strong flexible paintable sealant. When Boost liquid fortifier is mixed with our Foam Coat it makes it incredibly strong and weatherproof, plus makes it stick to almost anything! MIXING: Mix with 50% water for max strength. Thin more where less strenth is needed. Always add the Foam Coat to the liquid. Start with 1 part liquid to 3 parts Foam Coat, and thin or thicken as desired. 	Heavy Mesh Mesh is supple and easy to work with. It does not add any weight to the foam coating process, but adds surprizingly great stregnth to the coating. Simply stretch the mesh over the area to be Foam Coated. It may be helpful to pin the edges and or lightly glue the mesh to the foam before applying the Foam Coat. Trim off the excess Mesh along the edges. It can be wrapped around 3D objects. If you need to cut slits where overlaps occur on irregular shapes it will not weaken the reinforcement.
